Our inventory consists of jewelry that is either ready for dispatch or in limited production. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you within two business days. You may choose to accept a backorder with an estimated production timeline, select an alternative item of comparable value, or receive a full refund. Backordered bracelets, necklaces, or earrings are subject to the same quality standards as in‑stock items. We do not charge additional fees for backorders, but delivery timeframes will extend accordingly.
Cancellations Before Shipment
You may request cancellation of an order before it has moved to the processing stage. Cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun cannot be guaranteed, as your bracelet, necklace, or pair of earrings may already be packed or handed to the carrier. To request a cancellation, email keep898@qq.com with your order number and cancellation request. If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our Return Policy rather than cancellation. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Limitations on Quantities and Resale
Our platform is intended for end‑user consumers, not for resellers or commercial buyers. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed for resale purposes. This includes orders for multiple identical bracelets, necklaces, or earrings, or orders with shipping addresses associated with forwarding services. If we suspect commercial resale activity, we may cancel the order and refund the payment. We do not offer wholesale pricing, bulk discounts, or trade accounts. Each piece is selected for individual enjoyment, not for inventory replenishment.
